"... For the second consecutive year, a technical demonstration day was organized for EDF Hydro, Wednesday January 22, on the Avenières technical platform. A moment of discussion in the presence of professionals from the field who came to present their systems of extinction.

Among the solutions presented SANERGRID was able to present its natural extinguishing cover device for transformer hidrcarbon fire pool with the EXTICOV LHD (often called Fire-resistant gratings)

The demonstration of the effectiveness of these extinguishing systems was put forward through real fire tests made possible thanks to the trainers and facilities available at IFOPSE.

Beyond the discovery of concrete solutions on the ground rather than theoretically, this half-day also allowed EDF agents to obtain information concerning the implementation on site of these fire protection means and their maintenance. , two key elements for operators ... "
