The process of regular inspection of the carton burst strength testing machine:

1. Whether the fasteners of each part of the testing machine, especially the nuts at the oil pipe joints are tightened;

2. Open the upper left cover of the fuel tank frequently to observe whether the oil in the fuel tank is sufficient;

3. Check whether the blade on the pendulum rod is on the knife bearing, whether the top of the force measuring piston is in the socket, and whether the small belt on the force measuring piston is broken;

4. Open the cover to check whether the hammer and the string are running normally, whether the back and forth movement of the toothed rod is blocked, and whether the pointer rotates sensitively;

5. After turning on the power, press the oil pump switch to check whether the running direction of the oil pump is consistent with the direction shown by the arrow;

6. Check whether the lower jaw lift limit switch can work, and whether the lower jaw motor wiring is correct;

7. Start the oil pump and move the pendulum rod by hand. When the active needle of the dial rotates and exceeds 3%~5% (full load), the oil pump should automatically stop.
