2. Metal stretching (GB/T228-2002)

Test capacity: generally more than 2T

Select fixture: generally a wedge-shaped fixture (the jaws of the sheet and the bar are different)

Specimen requirements: The test sample is required to be in the shape of a dumbbell (Figure 6-2-1)

3. Shear test (GB/T 7124)

This standard is mainly for the shear test method of adhesive rigidity to rigidity

Suitable for special products within 2T up to 5T

Sample test size 12.5*25±0.25mm

Test rate: generally within 65±20s

Test result: Shear strength Mpa=maximum force/paste area

4. Bursting test (GB/T 19976)

This standard specifies the method for measuring the bursting strength of fabrics by using a spherical ejector, including the bursting strength test of samples in two states of conditioning in the standard atmosphere for testing and soaking in water.

The inner diameter of the ring holder is 45±0.5mm

The diameter of the ball is 25±0.02mm or 38±0.02mm

The speed of the testing machine is 300±10mm/min

5. Puncture test (GB 20655)

This standard applies to the determination methods of protective clothing materials

Test speed: 100±10mm/min

The hardness of the test needle is 60HRC,

Center diameter of test ring: 20±5mm

6. Tear (GB/T 529 pants type, right angle type, crescent type tear)

This standard applies to vulcanized or thermoplastic rubber tearing methods

Test speed: trousers tear: 100±10mm/min right angle tear and crescent tear: 500±50mm/min

Test thickness: 2mm
