Dense Phase Pressure Pneumatic Conveying System
Advantages and Applications
Capacity: 50~100000kg/h, particularly suitable for long distances
Conveying from a single point to multiple destinations
Applications for fragile materials requiring low material velocity and minimal degradation
Suitable for abrasive, heavy and difficult to convey materials
Optimisation air flow control system ensures air saving, reliability and dust-free operation for the pneumatic conveying system
Steeped pipe ensures low abrasion and degradation, and saves energy.
Dilute Phase Vacuum Pneumatic Conveying System
Dilute Phase Vacuum Conveying Systems generally use Roots-type mover providing -30~50Kpa vacuum to convey materials through a pipeline to the destination where the air and product are separated at a receiving vessel with a filter, or a cycling. The material in pipes is in the suspended state.
The system is combined with feeder devices such as suction nozzle, roots blower, filter and receiving hopper, The system is usually operated in a continuous manner with a high performance price ratio and a lower operating cost.
The material enters the convey line, which is at a higher pressure, via a special feeding device, usually a suction nozzle. The suspended material are sucked into the receiving hopper where the air is separated from the material.
Advantages and Applications
Low to medium convey rate 50~6000kg/h, suitable for the area where dust leakage or dust hazards are prohibited.
Particularly suitable for conveying from multiple points to a single destination.
Applications for requiring weighing and dosing, especially for food and hygiene products handling.
Suitable for waste collection and central vacuum cleaning systems.
Specialised feeding systems for cohesive, sticky or lumpy materials and other special properties.
Inert gases can be used for conveying inflammable and explosive materials.
