Paper Mill Waste RDF Preparation Center has been officially put into operation!

This project uses HARDEN RDF alternative fuel preparation system from the solid the paper mill waste to prepare the light residue and pulper rope into RDF alternative fuel with high calorific value

While greatly improving the energy efficiency of thermoele+ctricity, it also realizes the recycling and harmless treatment of solid waste in paper mills.

After the project is fully put into operation, it will be able to process more than 400 tons of solid waste such as light residue and pulper rope every day.

And produce more than 100,000 RDF alternative fuels annually to generate thermal power for the back-end thermal power plant, saving about 80,000 tons of traditional fossil fuels and significantly reducing carbon emissions. It saves approximately tens of millions yuan.

Harden paper mill waste RDF alternative fuel preparation system combines intelligent and integrated "shredding, magnetic separation, air separation, sorting" and other large-scale environmental protection equipment to remove incombustibles and impurities from solid waste.

After separation, the final product is a high calorific value RDF alternative fuel with a discharge size of about 50mm and an impurity removal rate of more than 95%.

The customer expressed "Our original traditional paper mill solid waste treatment methods, with high impurity content and low replacement rate, can no longer meet the company's urgent needs to expand production scale, save energy and reduce emissions.

And Harden’s RDF Alternative fuel preparation technology can effectively dispose of a large amount of solid waste such as light residue and pulper rope formed in the recycled paper-making process.

The RDF alternative fuel obtained can be directly used for boiler cogeneration, which is very consistent with our future low-carbon development plan."

In the context of global "carbon emission reduction", RDF alternative fuel preparation technology will be the most important means for paper-making enterprises to develop low-carbon development in the future, and will also be the preferred way for paper-making enterprises to cope with "carbon neutrality".
