As the high energy consumption and high carbon emission industry, many cement enterprises are urgently maintaining their costs and achieving transformation.

A power plant in Shanxi Province, China, used a 300MW circulating fluidized bed boiler as the object to conduct research on the comprehensive utilization of the co-processing of "RDF alternative fuels for general industrial solid waste such as waste textiles and leather scraps" in the circulating fluidized bed boiler.

The results show that about 60,000 tons of industrial solid waste from textile scraps can be burned every year, saving about 36,000 tons of standard coal, creating a coal-saving benefit of 50 million yuan for the power plant, and achieving a win-win situation of economic and environmental benefits.

Papermaking Industry: A green cycle that turns waste into treasure

For every 10 tons of recycled paper produced by the paper mill itself, 1.4 tons of solid waste such as light residue and twisted ropes will be produced, accounting for about 14%.

The combination of the "RDF alternative fuel preparation technology" and the "paper industry" can not only turn "self-produced light residue and other solid waste" into "new fuel", but can also directly replace, but can also directly replace fossil fuels in boilers of self-contained thermal power plants in the paper industry.
