Step 1:Intelligent Screening - The Quality Inspector for RDF Alternative Fuels

The skillful combination of various screening equipment: wind shifter, magnetic separation, and power screen accurately screens out metals, heavy substances, and other impurities.

It improves the stability of combustion in the kiln, and provides a solid guarantee for the high-quality development of cement production.

Step 2: Fine crushing——Harden Shredder’s “delicate cutter shaft”

Its characteristics of speed control at will, no matter under the low, medium, and high speed control, and precise shredding of all kinds of waste textiles.

Blade Anti-tangling: Alloy knife specializes in treating clothes tangling, extending the life by 3 times;

Fine Discharging: The unique design of sieve mesh strictly controls the discharging size, 50mm uniform particles, and calorific value stability increased by 30%.

Step 3: Precise Formulation - RDF's “Nutritional Diet”

Calorific value mixing: Some RDF preparation plants have tested the method of “improving the stability of the calorific value of RDF alternative fuels” by mixing chemical fiber shredded material + waste wood chips in proportion to the calorific value of about 4,500 kcal, which reduces the volatility of combustion in the kiln.

Chlorine purification: Most cement kilns come with a chlorine ion purification system, which reduces dioxin by 90% and zeroes out environmental risks.

Step 4: Intelligent Combustion - the “decomposition stomach”

The prepared RDF alternative fuels are typically transported through a step feeder and belt to the pre-heater platform, metered and weighed, then through a screw conveyor and locking air valve to the decomposition furnace, thus replacing traditional fossil fuels.

Intelligent control, by mixing waste textile RDF alternative fuels in proportion and at regular intervals, and by adjusting the RDF acceleration rate in real time by the kiln temperature AI control system.

Some cement kilns have reached the goal of replacing 50% of coal without affecting the quality of clinker.
