For example, the Croatian company Ergo Staples manufactures wire staples for tackers in various sizes and for various industrial applications, including construction, packaging, furniture production etc. In addition to production, Ergo Staples is constantly developing and improving the staples it produces.
Ergo Staples has recently started using a universal testing machine inspekt duo 10 kN from Hegewald & Peschke for testing the raw materials and wires. The specimens are taken with a wedge grips with matching clamping jaws as well as with a wrap-around bollard grips.
The testing software LabMaster supports the customer in setting up and carrying out the tests and in evaluating the test results.
