Equipments suitable for manganese ore processing
Manganese ore production include three processes: crushing, grinding, beneficiation.
In the crushing process, the three sections of closed-circuit crushing is most suitable for high hardness manganese ore crushing:
( 1 ) Chunks of manganese ore fed through the hopper by the vibrating feeder to jaw crusher or mobile jaw crusher station for coarse crushing;
( 2 ) Manganese ore after coarse crushing and sieve by vibrating screen,transferred by belt conveyor to the CS series cone crusher for medium crushing;
( 3 ) The crushed manganese ore material fed into multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for fine crushing.
The main configuration of the equipments are:
PE series jaw crusher, cone crusher, vibrating screen, vibrating feeder,belt conveyor, customers can also use mobile crushing plant to save human and material resources.
