The project is the first high-quality sand production line in the local area. It adopts the multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher and VSI6X vertical shaft impact crusher made in Liming Heavy Industry. The working process is simple. Materials crushed by HPT hydraulic cone crusher will be screened by vibrating screen. The unqualified pebbles are sent back to the cone crusher for reprocess, and the qualified materials enter the VSI6X sand making machine for secondary crushing. After re-screening, qualified products shall be sent to the finished product area, and the unqualified will return to sand making machine for fine crushing until they are qualified.
