Pebble is a pure natural stone with hard quality and good compressive strength. It can not only be broken into stones but also processed into machine-made sand, which is used in the field of construction.
Regarding equipment issues in the gravel production line, it generally includes first crushing (jaw crusher), second crushing (such as cone crushing, impact crushing, etc.), and third crushing (fine crushing sand making, such as impact crushing, etc.). In addition, supporting equipment such as vibrating feeders, vibrating screens, and belt conveyors are also required.
The first break and the second break are universal, but there are differences, which need to be determined based on the hardness of the raw materials. If it is a high hardness stone such as pebbles, granite, or basalt, choosing the cone break is more suitable; If it is a medium to low hardness stone such as limestone and bluestone, counterattack is very suitable.
