Technological breakthrough: manganese ore processing optimization solution

Step 1: Crushing and screeningThe large manganese ore is evenly fed into the jaw crusher or the mobile crushing station for coarse crushing through the vibrating feeder; the coarsely crushed manganese ore is screened by the vibrating screen and sent to the single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher by the belt conveyor for medium crushing; the manganese ore after medium crushing is sent to the multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for fine crushing.
Step 2: GrindingThe crushed material enters the grinding mill for fine grinding, and forms a closed-loop cycle with the powder separator. Unqualified materials are automatically returned for re-grinding.
Step 3: Mineral ProcessingAccording to the properties of manganese ore and associated impurities, gravity separation, magnetic separation, flotation or combined process are used for mineral processing to obtain manganese concentrate.
