52 assembly steps including ultrasonic welding

A process-reliable, that is, standstill-free, assembly with a direct linkage of the upstream injection molding - this high goal had plastic parts manufacturer Gindele in mind to meet the major order of the Swiss company Medela for a medical secretion bag.

With partners Robomotion and Herrmann Ultraschall, the large assembly line with four 6-arm robots and over 50 assembly steps was implemented as gray room production.
