Fimatech Fördersysteme GmbH relies on Hildebrand Technology's highly efficient discharging bars to ensure effective deionization when conveying and separating plastic injectionmoulded parts.
The discharge prevents the components from attracting each other, which significantly improves the separation process. It also prevents electrostatic charging in the carton, thus ensuring occupational safety.
Deionization also improves part quality by reducing adhesion of dust and dirt particles.
