Froth elimination

Decanters are in principle the most universal press system, using the principle of gravity. Less than 60 seconds processing time in a closed system also guarantee minimal ageing effects. And if Hiller food decanters eliminate oxidation and froth by its special juice extractor, the high quality of your product is guaranteed.

Costs completely under control

With the decanter system juice producers are often able to skip the lees treatment completely and of course, the continuous and shortened process has a positive effect to the cost structure. The setting and administration of all process parameters, enables you to obtain each single drop of juice and to arrange product changes optimally, even during operation. Even after the production process costs have to remain under control – here HILLER offers a fully automatic and hygienic cleaning system.

The technology is growing with your requirements

The large product range of the Hiller decanter centrifuges for juice production enables you to start with a test market of only 500 kg or already with a future production quantity of 25 tons per hour. In contrast to other systems, Hiller decanter centrifuges do not have any scaling problems.
