Anchorless Seismic Fixing for Industrial Equipment

Eliminating floor damage and enabling flexible equipment layout changes

In manufacturing facilities, industrial machines and precision equipment are commonly secured to the floor using anchor bolts as part of seismic protection measures.

However, in environments where equipment layouts change frequently, anchor bolts can create several challenges. Removing anchor bolts during relocation requires significant labor, and repeated drilling and removal can make the floor uneven and cause visible damage.

Once installed, anchor bolts cannot be easily removed. In many cases, the exposed portion must be cut using a grinder, or the surrounding concrete must be broken, followed by floor repair.

To address these issues, an anchorless seismic fixing method is an effective solution.

Our seismic fixing gel mat adheres firmly to the floor using the material’s natural self-adhesive properties, without the use of glue or additional adhesives. This helps keep equipment stable even under sudden forces such as earthquakes.

At the same time, when relocation is required, the mat can be removed cleanly simply by lifting the equipment slowly. Because no adhesive is used, the floor surface remains clean and undamaged.

This makes the solution particularly suitable for environments where equipment layout changes are frequent.
