Hydraulic crimping head with max. 850 bar working pressure
The hydraulic crimping head 250-HB convinces with new performance. It can be operated with a working pressure of up to 850 bar and therefore finds new applications in traffic engineering. When operating from the 700 bar commonly used in the usual range, it generates 225 kN crimping force, which increases to 270 kN when operated with an 850 bar pump. The rotary locking of the bolt has also been improved, so that it is now 100 percent certain that the crimping head is closed. Damage caused by inadequate closing is now a thing of the past. We offer an extensive range of cylindrical press inserts (ZK). The pressing range for DIN hexagon is 630mm2.
