Space-saving grinding booth transportable assembled MWC - Industry

Within the project SPACE we have developed a series of booths with standard sizes so they are completely transportable by truck mounted for the maximum flexibility of work. These versions include three series which differs from each other by the type of filtration and processing taking place inside them. MWC version is suitable for filtration of dust and fumes from metal working activities such as grinding. Filters: rigid pockets.

SPACE is the latest innovation for the manufacturing and finishing industries.Thanks to an innovative and patented technology this retractable booth greatly simplifies the operations on large, hard-to-maneuver work pieces.

The system is composed by two fundamental elements:

- the built in ventilation/filtration system, designed to quickly meet government environment & health/safety demands, equipped with centrifugal fan and high efficiency filters;

- the containment structure made by galvanized steel arches, mounted on wheels and covered by auto-extinguishing PVC fabric.

In space-sensitive settings, the retractable system is also the answer to the ‘Occasional Use’ question as this retractable folds away to a fraction of its size, leaving valuable floor space available for other work.

This system allows:

- save time & space;

- retracts to give 360° work piece delivery access to work area;

- folds away to transform the surface treatment area into a work area

DOUBLE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

The booth is a workspace intended to those operations that generate air pollutants in the form of fumes, smoke or dust.

- OUTSIDE. With this solution compared to traditional capture systems (eg.Hoods, hoses or arms) it is certain that no pollutants are dispersed.

- INSIDE. The constant air flow conveys smoke, fumes or dust from the position in which they are generated to the filter module.

The airflow conveys the pollutants to the ventilation & filtration system and to the rear of the cabin through the pipe.
