This patented twist drill is made out of special fine migrograin solid carbide and permits drilling and reaming (h7 tolerance) in one single operation without formation of chips on the machined surface. It is designed for light alloys, composites materials, titanium and aluminum, for aerospace and automotive industry.

This “one up” technique from HTT:

Before HTT it was necessary to use at least 3 tools

Drill / Reamer / Countersink

Now with HTT you need just one tool (Slick twist drill)
