Gasfication is a process that converts biomass or carbonaceous raw materials such as biomass, coal, petroleum etc ,into syngas. Each process typically requires a specific gas makeup so a gas analyzer is important and necessary for you to monitor the gasifier process to optimize the heating value.

Gasboard-3100P syngas series analysis instruments can be used for measurement of the concentration of up to 8 gases such as CO, CO2, H2, O2, CH4, CnHm, C2H2 and C2H4 simultaneously, and calculate the gas heating value (caloric value) and N2 balance automatically.
