HUCHEZ: new stainless steel ranges of electric winches
Electric winches ideals for harsh environments
HUCHEZ now offers a PRIMO INOX range and a TRBOXTER INOX range from 250 to 990 kg.
These winches are particularly suited to handle loads in offshore, marine, chemical and food industries.
Main technical properties of PRIMO INOX range:
• Rigid stainless steel structure (316L).
• Stainless steel drum (316L), mechanically welded with wide flanges for allowing a secure fastening of the wire rope.
• Very low voltage control ensuring user protection against electric risks.
• Single-phase or three-phase motor brake 230 V-50 Hz, lifting type, P = 0,75 kW. Isolation class F. IP 66.
• Reducer in oil bath with helical gears.
• Limit switches IP66/67 included.
• Up-down pendant control with emergency stop, cable 3 m long.
• Optional equipment possible: ropre press roll, rope slack switch and grooved drum.

• Alumnium casing (coated with marine paint C4).
• Stainless steel drum (316L), mechanically welded with wide flanges for allowing a secure fastening of the wire rope.
• Very low voltage control ensuring user protection against electric risks.
• Single-phase or three-phase motor brake 230 V-50 Hz, lifting type, P = 1,1 kW. Isolation class F. IP 66.
• Reducer in oil bath with helical gears.
• Limit switches IP66/67 in option.
• Up-down pendant control with emergency stop, cable 3 m long.
• Many optional equipment possible.
