From 17 to 20 May 2022, Hutchinson® will be present at the Global Industrie exhibition in Paris-NORD-VILLEPINTE. Leading manufacturer of sealing solutions and magnetic rings, Hutchinson® innovates with a new technology of magnetic sensor: Dymeo® and a new FKM mixture meeting the requirements of the food market.

Presented as an innovative solution, Dymeo® is a custom-made magnetic sensor based on eddy current technology (2 to 5 MHz). This low latency technology ensures an absolute and precise position measurement of the angle. It guarantees great robustness against parasitic magnetic fields. Developed in Segré, our technical teams work in collaboration with customers to define a tailor-made solution. Compatible with iC-MU standards, this sensor is suitable for extreme environments. With this solution, all types of rotating components are monitored with high accuracy and resolution.

O-rings are often invisible and play an essential role. Our seals provide optimum sealing against pressure and leakage. Always concerned with food safety, we are responding to customer expectations by expanding our range of high performance sealing products. To this end, Hutchinson® designs and develops compounds such as blue FKM, which is FDA approved, for human consumption. Developed in Château-Gontier-sur-Mayenne, this FKM mixture can be offered with options for surface treatment, cleanliness or traceability by micro-graining. Its particularity is that it is compatible with extreme environments (oil, grease, washing and disinfecting products), it resists high pressures and a wide range of temperatures from -30°C to +200°C.
