I-care French team realized an installation of vibration sensors and junction boxes on inaccessible high temperature equipment in a paper plant in France.

Installation on critical equipment

I-care engineers installed vibration sensors and junction boxes for vibratory measurement process on inaccessible equipment due to its height in a paper plant in France. Installations have been made on paper machine and on transmissions.

I-care always finds a solution

Various factors made this operation very difficult : Firstly, the inaccessibility of the machine and the temperature of it. Standarts sensors are equiped to resist a temperature of 120°C. But I-care always finds a solution by proposing its customers a dedicated range for this kind of high temperature equipment. Sensors and cables of high temperature have been used by our teams, making this operation a success.
