Modular Unwinders from IBD Winding Technology

We are proud to present our latest AWB series unwinder models.

Our unwinders have been specifically developed for the further processing or refinement of web-shaped materials such as paper, film, or nonwoven fabric.

With unmatched adaptability and efficiency, our unwinders offer versatile solutions for our customers. They are available in different expansion stages and can be extended as needed.

In the basic version, our AWB series winders are equipped with a robust welding frame, safety chucks, and a clamping shaft. Optionally, the winders can be equipped with a brake or prepared for a drive to meet the specific requirements of our customers.

We offer a wide range of options for braking systems (including pneumatic, manually adjustable, and magnetic powder brakes), tension shafts (from light aluminium profiles to high-performance and shell tension shafts), and safety chucks (classic version, with replaceable wear parts inserts and sliding chucks).

In addition, our AWB models offer various additional expansion stages to meet the individual needs and requirements of our customers. These include, among other things, web tension controls, web edge controls, deflection rollers, idle monitoring, and much more.
