IMADA, Japanese leading company of force measurements, launched Torque-Angle Measurement Unit TAA series. It is ideal for evaluation of Torque and Angle relationships such as opening a bottle, twisting a circuit board, turning a rotary switch, turning a bulb etc. The user can draw and analyses a Torque-Angle graph by the included software.

3 types of test modes help your torque-angle tests. MANUAL mode, ONE WAY mode and CONTINUOUS mode.

MANUAL: Rotates while the button pressing.

ONE WAY: Rotates one direction and stop when the torque reaches at specified force.

CONTINUOUS: Repeats the rotation according to the setting (No.of cycles, torque, pausing time etc.)

The user selects the suitable mode from them.

1. The unit captures torque at 2000 hz sampling rate. It follows the momentary force such as at breaking.

2. 2000 Hz graph drawing is possible with an optional software. The analyses can be in detail.

3. Thanks to the various attachments (the tables, pins and the others), many types of samples are able to be held properly.

4. Continuous data can be captured when connecting USB flash drive. (max. rate is at 100 hz)

5. Easy set-up.

6. The unit of measurement is switchable. (N-m, N-cm, kgf-m, kgf-cm, ozf-in, lbf-in )
