IMADA Force-Displacement Measurement Unit FSA series measures force and displacement (traveling distance) at 2000 Hz and the included software enables to capture values and to be drawn into a graph on PC. The unit can be used for tactile test, material evaluation such as switch feeling test, gum tensile test, metal bending test.

The unit includes a force gauge, a test stand with a linear scale, a cable and a software. The force capacity is from 2N to 2500N (depending on the model).

The setup procedure is simple. You mount the force gauge on the test stand and connect them by the cable. You can perform force-displacement measurement when you mount necessary fixtures and connect external equipment according to your needs.

Using the included software, you can analyze the relationship easily and accurately. Before testing, you just click START button on PC and it starts to draw a graph at 2000 data/sec. It provides you detailed graphs.

The software has useful functions for report creation such as adding comments, graph layering to compare up to 5 graphs,etc. Moreover, the created graph can be directly exported as Word, Excel and PDF file.
