Counting and packaging line for screws and plastic components. The CMF5 counting modules used to select the pieces can fit different kinds of products by varying the shape and size of the vibrating basket: this line includes standard, conical and special baskets with air blows to select the pieces. The kits to be wrapped are collected into the bucket conveyor and dropped into the Microvert PRO vertical packaging machine. The operator can add an instruction sheet through the specific opening. Packages have two joined pouches, one of which contains the sheet. The compliance of the contents of the packages is verified by a belt check weigher with a sensitivity of 0.2 grams.
