Imanpack presents an integrated automatic packaging solution for door handle fasteners, combining CMF5 counting modules, a bucket conveyor, the Microvert PRO 200 vertical packaging machine, and an in-line checkweigher.
The system automates component counting and kit preparation before packaging the parts in polyethylene bags. Integrated weight control checks each finished package and automatically rejects packages that do not meet the specified weight requirements.
