IMAO's Modular Pull Clamping System enables fast, repeatable fixture changeovers on CNC machining centers. By combining precise locating with pull-down clamping, it helps reduce setup time while providing clear tool access for 5-axis machining.

- Quick Clamping with High Repeatability

Clamping modules mounted on the machine table pull down clamping screws installed on the underside of a fixture plate or workpiece, completing locating and clamping in one operation.

Dual taper-face contact provides a locating repeatability of 0.005 mm, helping minimize repositioning and alignment work during fixture changes.

- Flexible Modular Configuration

The modular design allows clamping modules to be mounted at different positions to accommodate fixture plates of various sizes. Flanged, double, and single module types are available to suit different mounting configurations.

The system can also help standardize workholding across machines with different table sizes, reducing the need for dedicated fixtures.

- Designed for 5-Axis Machining

The compact clamping body minimizes tool interference, providing clear access to the workpiece for machining from multiple sides in a single setup. This helps reduce the need for additional setups and supports more efficient machining.

Riser screws are available to raise the workpiece when additional clearance is needed for machining close to the clamping modules. For horizontal machining centers, a Hook Type is also available, allowing fixture plates to be lowered onto the modules before clamping.
