New assembly of INNOVA in Bestile

A new project achieved in the company BESTILE, manufacturer of pavement and ceramic coating

Among all of our projects we share another one that we have carried out this year. It has been in the facilities of the company BESTILE, manufacturer of pavement and ceramic coating located in Alcora, Castellón.

On this occasion, the project consisted in the assembly of a complete packaging line. An AGV has linked the palletizers to the line consisting of two processes: first passing a stretch film wrapper to achieve optimum product clamping and then with our cold wrapping machine (or Stretch Hood technology) for maximum protection Against external agents such as rain or dust.

With this new addition our customer has achieved a double objective: on the one hand, to increase its productive capacity and on the other, to reduce considerable manufacturing costs in favor of a rapid amortization (lower energy consumption, lower labor costs and reduction of raw material among others).

At the same time, Bestile has been able to provide an excellent finish to its pallets, not only in terms of aesthetics, providing a greater visibility of its brand and internal load, but also in terms of safety since cold sheathing guarantees the maximum protection of the palletised loads.

Again goal achieved: total satisfaction of our customer.
