iST launches Flow Cell for reliable in-line conductivity measurement

Compact, ready-to-use flow cell simplifies conductivity measurement, sensor integration and temperature monitoring in liquid applications.

Innovative Sensor Technology IST AG introduces its new Flow Cell for Conductivity Measurement, a compact solution designed to simplify reliable in-line conductivity measurements in liquid media. Developed for engineers and application specialists, the flow cell supports rapid testing, straightforward integration and efficient process monitoring.

The solution incorporates iST's proven conductivity sensor 158615, optimized for a measurement range of 2 mS/cm to 20 mS/cm. Its compact, modular construction enables easy installation and replacement of the sensor, while an integrated rear-side connector provides a convenient interface to digital readout electronics. This practical design reduces development effort and facilitates faster evaluation and prototyping.

In addition to conductivity measurement, the flow cell features an integrated Pt1000 temperature sensor (IEC 60751 Class F0.3), allowing simultaneous temperature monitoring and supporting temperature compensation. Designed for operating temperatures from −30 °C to +100 °C, it offers flexibility for a wide range of liquid measurement applications.
