Hardware & Software
The machine is managed by an industrial PC which runs the Inox Fer V1.0 software specially designed to control the movement of the mechanical parts as well as the various stages of the processing phases. All this is done through a 15" widescreen with USB port and touch-screen interface that allows to view and take action on the various stages of processing.
An immediate and intuitive graphic interface makes the use of the machine very simple in all its operations while the high technological level with which it is made grants the ProCut series a perfect combination of electronic and mechanical engineering making it a unique machinery of its category. A very interesting aspect is the ability to access the machine remotely via one or more locations within the corporate network. This makes it possible to intervene on different stages of the processing or simply manage the recipes directly from the office.
An internal diagnostic system alerts the operator of the status of the main parts subject to wear such as blades, shaft seals and lid closing seals.
