TM 200 V: tied to traditions

The TM 200 V tying machine model, with inclined conveyor belts, is designed to tie fresh or injected products with a single or continuous knot.

Over the past few years, Inox Meccanica engineers and designers have developed a patented system that allows the tying machine to use both elastic and non-elastic twine by changing only a few settings from the operator panel.

Once the type of twine has been determined, the machine, depending on the chosen configuration, can perform two types of tying: a continuous tying with adjustable coils and a single knot tying with several turns.

It is a perfect automatic machine for tying with twine products such as suckling pigs, roasts, cured bacon, loins, etc. However, its versatility and ease of use allow for further applications such as tying salmon rolls using elastic string.

The product loading system with inclined belts creates a cradle capable of transporting any cut of meat or type of sausage without any problems. In addition to the new TM200 V model, Inox Meccanica also manufactures the TM200 S model specifically for tying sausages already stuffed in casings such as mortadella, coppe, pancetta, filoni, etc.

When set in continuous tying mode, the TM200 V allows a threefold increase in productivity compared to single knot tying. The TM200 V can tie products ranging from a minimum diameter of 60mm up to a maximum diameter of 200mm, approximately, while there are no limits on length.

Moreover, thanks to a special patented system, it is possible to adjust the twine tension, which can be used in different types according to need, product type and desired productivity. The structure of the machine, made of stainless steel 304, is solid, robust and the plastic materials are obviously suitable for contact with foodstuffs. Cleaning and sanitising operations are quick and easy thanks to the easy access to the tying area.

The TM 200 V is an end-of-line machine and can be positioned after the two PIC 99s (BCE and DRW) and after the wire feeder and, thanks to its speed, robustness and versatility, is one of the most important spearheads of the Inox Meccanica range.
