Expertise in the manufacture of high-purity butterfly valves

As a manufacturer of industrial valves with many years of experience, we produce high-purity butterfly valves up to DN400 at our Swiss site.

Production takes place in our own clean room US federal standard 209 class 10,000 and ISO class 7 under clearly defined conditions.

The procedure in the clean room includes:

1. cleaning in an ultrasonic bath

2. cleaning in the washing machine

3. assembly of the butterfly valve

4. tightness test of the valve

5. actuator mounting

6. packing
