Ipm s.r.l. is happy to introduce the New pneumatic belling machine, for PVC pipes.

Ipm s.r.l is an international company, with 28 years of experience, leader in the production of down-stream equipment of plastic pipe extrusion line.

New automatic belling machines BA, for PVC pipes, able to socket up to 4 pipes at the same time.

They are able to socket PVC pipes with a diameter range of 16-200 mm, and with a length range of 1000 – 6000 mm + socket.

This Belling machine is able to make the socket, on the edge of the pipe, in two different ways:

This is a pneumatic machine able to work by means only pneumatic system without any kind of hydraulic system. The movement of the pipe, from one station to another station, the movement of the clamps, and the movement of the mandrel, are all electromechanical and pneumatic. During the socketing phase, the cooling is made by means of the water circulation inside the mould and the mandrel. It is present a cleaning blowing system, in order to blown away the chips, left on the pipe during the cutting process, avoiding to compromise the quality of the final product. The heating station guarantees an optimum heating, both inside and outside of the pipe, by means of thermo regulated infrared ovens. The checking of the operation of the machine, it is made, by means of a PLC and a VT (video terminal).

The tools change is easy and fast thanks to a new design of IPM mandrel. Roughly, the change takes 15/20 minutes. The space inside the machine guaranteed an easy access to make the maintenance.

The maximum safety, efficiency and functionality of the machinery are always granted. For pipes with the diameter range of 16-125 mm, there is the possibility to have machines suitable for working in double extrusion line.

Broad range of models suitable for the whole dimensions available on the market: BA 75 for pipes 16 - 75 mm (single or double extrusion version), BA 125 for pipes 16 - 125 mm (single or double extrusion version), BA 200 for pipes 32 - 200 mm
