Using a special high-technology motor with an absorption power of 0.21 kW ( 0.28 hp ), it manages to develop a volume of treated air up to 2800 m3/h ( 1648 cfm ), which makes this oil mist collector, the most powerful in its consumption range,compared to the other products available on the market today.

Extremely innovative solutions have also been applied to the type of filtering which uses new materials and new filtration principles that have never been present on the market to date, allowing maintenance costs to be practically eliminated.

In such cases, Italyvacuum can offer a complete digital control station (TCS) with advanced touch screen technology that allows efficient supervision thanks to sophisticated sensors embedded in the system which check the contamination status of the filters in real time.

To support this station, the technicians have developed a powerful management software which, owing it to the intuitive icons it utilizes, makes it navigation and use, extremely easy even for non-experts.

Yet another product dedicated to oil mists is the BLOW MIST model, which combines perfectly with high productivity machining centers or extrusion lines, where it is required to work 24/7.
