Sustainable SCRUBS® innovation at Interclean

The hand cleaning wipes brand SCRUBS® by ITW Industrial Solutions will present an innovation in the field of circular economy at Interclean in Amsterdam

This strengthens the manufacturer's commitment to sustainability from Eislingen/Fils. Last year, the plastic-saving refill pack was introduced to the market, which has successfully established itself.

Sustainability is increasingly becoming a top criteria in the purchase of professional consumables and cleaning agents. The moist hand cleaning wipes SCRUBS®, produced in Germany, have been scoring since last year with the refill pack: This refill pack for the well-known SCRUBS IN-A-BUCKET®, the hand cleaning wipes in the dispenser bucket, saves more than 90% of plastic with each refill.

"The next logical step for us is the issue of circular economy," says Dr. Lisa Marholt, product manager at SCRUBS® manufacturer ITW Industrial Solutions. "Our SCRUBS® innovation at Interclean will make a significant impact on the market." The unveiling of this innovation will take place on May 14 at the leading trade fair Interclean in Amsterdam. SCRUBS® has booth 10.510 in Hall 10.

The ultra-strong cleaning wipe for hands, tools, and machines

The moist hand and universal cleaning wipes SCRUBS are a cosmetic product and are essential tools in many industrial and craft businesses. They remove stubborn dirt such as oils, fats, tar, resin, soot, ink, or paint from hands, tools, and machines without water. One side of the blue wipes with orange scent is abrasive for optimal cleaning to remove heavy deposits from surfaces, while the other side is particularly soft for gentle hand cleaning. With their NSF E4 certification, the SCRUBS® cleaning wipes are preferred for use in the food and beverage industry on machines located in close proximity to food processing equipment.
