The 100L liquid collection tank houses a 60L chip separator inside.

An innovative system using an electric float, prevents the overflow by the interrupting the suction and communicates to the operator with flashing lights;

the tank is emptied by an inversion discharge pump, equipped with a liquid evacuation pistol, which is activated by a simple ball valve connected to an electronic sensor.

The chips are collected in a basket equipped with a double filtering stage, which also allows the oil to be recovered and reuseded into a new production cycle, saving both time and money.

The computerized management system, unique in its class, is equipped with an electronic panel and electronic sensors to indicate its main functions through simple indicator lights which facilitates the use and monitoring of the process by the operator.
