Optimized Parameters for Shorter Cycle Times!
★TIPS ★
By setting the “PTP Conditions”, you can specify the Z-axis movement height from the end point of a Line Deepening to the next start point.
● You can choose whether to apply these settings to all programs, to individual programs (as shown in the video), or to specific points.
● Parameters allow you to adjust the Z-axis height timing based on workpiece obstacles or other needs.
● Fine-tuning is possible directly within the PTP condition parameters, without the need to add new point data in the program.
In the demonstration video, we managed to save 3 seconds!
These features are available on our Desktop Robots, Cartesian Robots, and SCARA Robots.
