Robot compensates for changes to needle length or mounting location
The attached video shows our 4 Axes Needle Adjuster function, available with the JR3000 Series Desktop Robot (Dispensing Model), JR3000AP-D Series and JC3 Series Cartesian Robot. By recording the correct needle position in advance, and then running a simple needle adjustment program just before you start dispensing, you can ensure that the robot will adjust its movements to make up for any position changes that may occur when a needle becomes bent or is replaced. This is a big time saver for operators who need to replace needles often, and this adjustment function is more efficient and sure than manual adjustment.
