Introducing the Janome JR3000 Series Screw Tightening Desktop Robot

Fast and efficient robot fastens and loosens screws with ease

Do you need a dependable robot to handle miniature screws? Do you need a robot which can switch among several different fastening and loosening programs for different workpieces? The Janome JR3000 Series Desktop Robot is the answer. Available with dedicated screw tightening application software, an efficient OHTAKE Automatic Screw Feeder, and one of several compatible electric screwdrivers to choose from, the JR3000 tightens and loosens screws at the locations and depths you select. Are the screw holes on a given workpiece too shallow? Did the screw feeder run out of screws? No problem. The JR3000 also offers helpful screw tightening error detection functions to help you find and correct any unexpected errors which may occur.

Teach programs and run robot diagnostics either from our convenient teaching pendant or using our dedicated JR C-Points II software installed on your PC. Integrate the JR3000 into your facility’s network with one of six different optional field networks: CC-Link, DeviceNet, PROFIBUS, PROFINET, CANopen or EtherNet/IP. Also use our optional Auxiliary Axis function to connect the robot to a conveyor or other external motor and control them together with the robot for even greater efficiency.
