DINGS' launches Coreless Push Rod Actuator with Precision Planetary Gearbox
Ultra-compact linear motion solution delivers enhanced thrust, precision positioning, and design flexibility for advanced automation systems.
As demand for compact and high-precision motion systems continues to grow across semiconductor, medical, robotics, and industrial automation industries, DINGS' has expanded its ultra-compact linear motion portfolio with the launch of the Coreless Push Rod Actuator integrated with a Precision Planetary Gearbox (PGX series).
The actuator combines a slotless coreless motor structure with a lead-screw-based push-rod mechanism, enabling low-vibration, low-noise operation while maintaining stable thrust and precise positioning performance. Available in diameters ranging from 10 mm to 22 mm, the solution is optimized for applications requiring accurate linear motion in highly space-constrained environments.
By integrating the PGX precision planetary gearbox, the actuator achieves improved torque transmission, enhanced low-speed control stability, and greater overall system reliability. The gearbox's compact design, high power density, and low-backlash characteristics contribute to superior motion performance across a wide range of precision applications.
The integrated architecture allows designers to implement motor, gearbox, and linear drive functions within a single compact platform, simplifying system development while improving performance.
DINGS' recently showcased the Coreless Push Rod Actuator and PGX gearbox series at AW 2026 and KIMES 2026, highlighting their suitability for semiconductor equipment, medical devices, robotics, optical systems, and precision automation applications.
