This rotary kiln system was developed for Zibo Qixiang Tengda Chemical Co., Ltd. to manage hazardous waste generated during normal production processes. The system is capable of treating solid waste, sludge, waste liquids and other chemical byproducts. Its implementation significantly reduces harmful emissions and supports the company’s goal of maintaining an environmentally friendly and compliant production process.

The rotary kiln system provides a centralized hazardous waste disposal capacity of 30,000 tons per year, equivalent to approximately 100 tons per day. In addition, the system generates 11 tons per hour of superheated steam at 4.2 MPa and 435°C, which can be integrated into the plant’s pipeline network for reuse, improving overall energy efficiency.

The calorific value and mixed composition of the hazardous waste treated by the system are as follows:

The installation covers an area of 33 meters by 108 meters and includes a full set of processing units such as solid waste pretreatment and conveying, incineration and waste heat recovery, rapid flue gas cooling, dust removal, as well as desulfurization and denitrification. Together, these systems ensure that flue gas emissions consistently meet environmental standards after centralized hazardous waste disposal.
