The rotary kiln system is designed to process 35,000 tons per year of hazardous solid, liquid, and gaseous waste. It primarily treats organic waste liquids, organic solid wastes, and organic off-gases generated during the production processes of the new energy company.
The incineration system consists of a rotary kiln paired with a secondary combustion chamber, enabling hazardous waste to undergo high-temperature oxidation and complete decomposition. The resulting flue gas enters a comprehensive flue gas treatment system that includes SNCR denitrification, rapid flue-gas cooling, dry desulfurization, bag filtration, SCR denitrification, and alkali scrubbing, ensuring emissions meet the national Pollution Control Standard for Hazardous Waste Incineration (GB 18484-2020).
Heat generated during oxidation and subsequent cooling is recovered and stored through a waste heat recovery system, improving overall energy efficiency.
The system is designed to achieve the enterprise’s goals of waste reduction, harmless treatment, and resource utilization. The rotary kiln incineration unit supports 24-hour continuous operation, with an annual operating time calculated at 7,200 hours.
