Carbon Fibre Exhaust Gas Incineration Project
In Changzhou, Jiangsu Ruiding undertook the carbon fibre exhaust gas incineration project for a new materials company. To address the diverse characteristics of multiple exhaust streams, Ruiding implemented a combined incineration process that integrates both regenerative and direct-fired systems. This approach ensures effective and stable treatment for various types of emissions.
The project scope includes support for three workshops and six carbon fibre production lines, utilising a total of twelve incinerators. The exhaust gases involved pose significant technical challenges due to their high treatment difficulty, strict emission standards, complex by-product formation, and elevated dust levels. Through precise process integration and equipment optimisation, Jiangsu Ruiding ensures stable, efficient and compliant operation throughout the entire system.
Guangdong Maleic Anhydride Waste Gas Project
In another major project in Guangdong Province, Jiangsu Ruiding applied a combined RTO + TO treatment process to handle 150,000 tonnes per year of maleic anhydride waste gas alongside a small amount of liquid waste. The system is engineered to simultaneously treat 430,000 Nm³/h of waste gas, 500 kg/h of waste liquid, 2,000 kg/h of wastewater, and additional biogas, ensuring comprehensive and reliable waste management.
Beyond emissions treatment, the project also delivers substantial energy efficiency improvements. A flow of 274,600 kg/h of 9.45 MPaG saturated steam from the main unit is superheated to 535°C, generating 10 tonnes per hour of superheated steam for the turbine. Excess heat is then used to heat demineralised water, maximising energy utilisation. This highly integrated solution not only mitigates environmental pollution but also provides the client with an estimated annual economic benefit of around 135 million RMB.
