High density honeycomb core structure optical breadboard with superconducting magnetic optical surface plates with high rigidity and stability. The isolators use high quality compound isolation damping materials with vibration isolation efficiency that is almost equal to air spring pneumatic isolators while requires less maintenance than the latter.
