Simple understanding of laser cutting machine

1. Good cutting quality

The laser spot is small and the energy density is high, which can obtain better cutting quality by itself. 2. High cutting speed

Laser cutting is highly scalable, and equipment work is done through programming. The equipment can be equipped with automatic feeding and unloading facilities without manual intervention in the whole process. The working efficiency of laser cutting machine is much higher than that of traditional cutting equipment. Laser cutting does not require fixtures, saving the time of cutting some mold materials and changing fixtures. The cutting work of the equipment can be carried out continuously for a long time, and the water cooling device can always maintain the normal temperature of the equipment.

3. Non-contact cutting

Laser cutting does not need to be in contact with the workpiece, and there is no loss of abrasive tools such as saw blades. When different processing methods affect the workpiece, there is no need to change the fixture and adjust the cutting parameter information. The entire teaching equipment is operated without learning physical knowledge, and the corresponding noise will be very small. The cutting residue is dust particles, which are easy to clean and cause little pollution to the environment.

Although laser cutting has advantages that traditional equipment does not have, it also has certain disadvantages.

Due to the influence of laser power, laser cutting is mainly used for cutting in medium and thin plate cutting. At present, high-power laser equipment is expensive, the one-time investment is large, and the scope of personnel use is small.
