How to set the process parameters of laser pipe cutting machine

Everyone knows that the laser cutting machine, the laser cutting effect is controlled by the auxiliary gas, laser power, cutting speed, and cutting parameters of the focus position. As for how to adjust the equipment parameters during use, most people will refer to the laser cutting machine. The cutting material, material thickness and cutting speed in the instruction manual and the instruction manual will be marked in detail.

For the novice who just bought a laser pipe cutting machine, it will be difficult when the cutting quality and slag are not good, and they do not know how to adjust the parameters. The solutions and problems encountered below.

The parameters that will affect the cutting quality are: cutting thickness, cutting power, cutting nozzle model, focus position, cutting ratio, cutting frequency, cutting speed and cutting air pressure. The hardware conditions are: auxiliary gas, sheet quality, protective lens, collimating lens and focusing lens.

The inspection content and order are:

1. When the laser cutting machine is at the cutting height, it is recommended that the cutting height be between 0.8 and 1.2 mm. If the cutting height is not accurate, further calibration is required.

2. Check whether the focus position is set correctly. If the laser cutting head is auto-focusing, be sure to use the control platform to check whether the focus position is correct.

3. Laser spot inspection: The spot inspection is often performed with a nozzle with a diameter of 1.0. When checking the laser spot, the focus must be between -1 and 1. The laser spot produced in this way is small, which is very convenient for inspection and observation.

4. When the protective lens is checked, whether the protective lens is clean or not, it is strictly required that there is no oil, no water, and no slag spots. When the weather or the supporting gas is too cold, the protective lens will fog up.

5. When checking the cutting nozzle, check whether the size and model of the cutting nozzle are wrong. If it is correct, check whether the cutting nozzle is damaged and whether the arc is normal.
