When cutting galvanized sheet materials, because the surface of the sheet is covered with a layer of zinc, the use of oxygen may cause excessive combustion of zinc elements on the surface of the sheet, resulting in poor cutting surface. Therefore, when cutting galvanized sheet under 1.5mm, it is recommended to use air cutting . The oxygen content in air cutting is low and will not cause damage to the surface of the galvanized sheet.
