Description of product:

My company specializes in sofa fabric cutting industry developed a fully automatic cutting process, instead of the original cut and the cutting process catcher two kinds of steps to achieve a full intelligent cutting.

Now according to the traditional sofa process improvement, the jacket section was omitted, the template after the original production, according to the template cutting, lock cropped edges; all with our current automatic cutting bed instead.

Applicable material

Designed for cutting all kinds of sofa materials like leather, wool fabric, combined fabric and so on.

Advantage

Sample model can be made picture one time, save forever with 1:1 precision size. Automatic material arrangement software can save the time and labour and also save every millimeter cloth for you.

**Nshot system is made from adjust holder and camera which install the upward side from 1.3m working table. Just the simple step can make sure the picture precision. Put the sample model on the working table, click the mouse then Nshot will automatically change the picture of camera to working vector picture. The system with high efficiency, convenient and promote the working efficiency largely.
